Pastor Li-En Tai brings people together like the Disciple Andrew. Over the years, he has connected in people and ideas that have shaped the direction of the CASC* church and other organizations. His passion for the Great Commission spurred him on to become a missionary pilot. However, God put that plan on hold and trained him up in the international business world through companies like Motorola, Deloitte, ABN AMRO and others. But God’s fire continued to burn in his heart. Years later, when Pastor Li-En was about to accept an offer to join a mega church’s pastoral team, God direct him to return to support his father in completing the 10,500 mandate at CASC*. Pastor Li-En’s current pursuit is to “bring God into companies”. Just like Andrew, his passion is to bring people to Jesus Christ and to one another.
Li-En is presently COO at Villark Ventures, a company pursuing the 10,500 in the marketplace. He has a business degree from the University of Illinois, Champaign and graduated from the Vineyard’s theology school, Vineyard Bible Institute. He holds a commercial pilot’s license and an aircraft mechanic’s license. He lives his wife Amy three children Sidney, Chloe and Charis in the Chicago area.
