Through their teaching and innovative demonstrations the Haley’s empower and release children to transform their world. At MTC 2011 children will discover their identity and destiny as they learn to live by the River of Life in the House of Love and Wisdom. Nothing is impossible for God in a child filled with His Spirit. In addition Parents will learn how to raise a Daniel and Esther in the 21st century and receive creative tools to sustain the Kingdom of Heaven in the home. 福瑞德和他的妻子頌妮亞的心願是想要使各種文化背景的孩童，靠著神在他們生命裡的愛與大能，成為改變世界的人。他們專精於將聖經真理化為實際動手操作的應用，使兒童親自認識他們在天上的父親。藉著他們的教導與創新的示範，黑勵夫婦提升孩子們的能力，並差遣他們去轉化他們的世界。在2011年的MTC特會裡，當孩童們學習在被愛與智慧環繞的神家裡靠著生命河而活，他們將會找到自己的身分與命定。對於一個被聖靈充滿的孩子，在神沒有難成的事。除此之外，家長們將學習如何在21世紀養育一位但以理與一位以斯帖，而且領受創意工具以幫助他們在家裡持守天國之道。福瑞德.黑勵 牧師與頌妮亞師母來自加州Redding的伯特利教會—— 『Jesus Culture 基督文化』的發源地。
