歡迎您報名今年的MTC。請在這裡註冊。今年我們已經做了一些更動。

  1. 提前報名將在十一月七日星期一午夜前截止。
  2. 10美元折價券將只適用於提前報名並預付款的弟兄姐妹。折價券在註冊時領取，可在CASC的攤位使用，也可用作餐券。
  3. 今年可提前預訂週三晚餐或週日午餐。
    a.餐券每張5美元，必須提前訂購付款。
    b.預定這兩餐的截止日期，是十一月七日週一午夜前。
    c.註冊時可領取預訂的餐券。
    d.其他幾天的餐券（週四，週五，週六）必須在會場預訂。
    e.10美元折價券不能用於支付這兩餐。
  4. 為了方便特會籌備，網上報名將於十一月十九日星期六午夜前截止。截止之後只接受當場報名。如果您郵寄報名表，請務必在十一月十四日星期一之前寄出。郵遞有時需要五天才能寄到，特會那個星期沒有人在教會接收郵件。請直接將表格帶到會場以便快速註冊。
  5. 報名確認函將通過電子郵件發送。
  6. “免責信”表格今年可上網下載。當您為六到十二年級的孩子報名青年的特會時，屏幕會自動顯示出“免責信”。如果未成年人為自己報名時，請在報名前先確認父母或合法監護人“同意”免責信，然後才繼續報名程序。

Welcome to the MTC.  Please register through here. We have made a few changes to the registration process this year.

  1. Early Bird registration will end on Monday, 11/7/11, at 11:59PM.
  2. $10 vouchers will be issued to those that registered and paid on or before the Early Bird cut-off date, which is Monday, 11/7/11, at 11:59 PM. The vouchers will be issued at the check-in, and can be used for purchases made at the CASC-run booths, including food.
  3. Pre-ordering Wednesday dinner and/or Sunday lunch options are available this year.

    4. a.  Meals are $5 each, and must be ordered and paid ahead of time.
    b.  The last day to pre-order these 2 meals is the same as the Early Bird cut-off date, ending on Monday, 11:59pm on 11/7/11.
    c.  You can pick up the pre-ordered meal tickets when you check in.
    d.  Meals for other dates (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday) must be ordered on-site during the conference.
    e.  You may not use the $10 vouchers to pay for these 2 meals.

  4. In order to help us better prepare for the conference, online registration will end on 11:59pm, Saturday, 11/19. Only walk-in registration will be accepted after that date. If you are mailing in your paper registration, please do not send it after Monday, 11/14/11. The letter sometimes takes 5 days to arrive, and no one will be at church to receive the mail the week of the conference. Simply bring the form to the conference for faster registration.
  5. Registration confirmation letter packet will be emailed.
  6. “Release of Liability” forms are made online this year. When you register someone in the age group of 6th – 12th grade attending the youth program, you will see a pop-up screen with the “Release of Liability” letter. If you are a minor registering yourself, please be sure to have your parent/legal guardian to “Agree” to the letter before proceeding in the registration process.
